Highest degree: Master of science in Exploration Geology; Rhodes University / South Africa Topic of the thesis: Geochemical exploration for Cu-Co in The Democratic Republic of Congo, Central African Copperbelt: A case study on PR851. Postgraduate certificate: MBA in Leadership & Innovation Fellow Membership, Society of Economic Geologist - FSEG. Paul Katombe is an Exploration & Mining Geologist for mineral and natural resources with nearly 20 years of proven experience across a broad range of commodities (Cu, Co, gold, coal, iron ore, Mn, Zn, Pb, Diamond, Potash, etc.). He specialized in sediments hosted stratiform mineralization from the Central African Copperbelt (Congo-Zambian Copperbelts, North-Western Province and Domes regions of Zambia).
Godefroid KAZADI MULAKA

Born in the mining town of Kipushi in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Got a degree in Applied Geology in 1982 from the University of Lubumbashi in the D.R.C. Former lecturer of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Grade control supervisor in small scale Mines at EMAK from 1983 to 2001. From 2002 to 2015 Working with First Quantum Minerals Ltd as Junior geologist than Senior Geologist. I was involved in almost all prospects in the D.R.C. including drilling out and exploration (Geochemistry, Geophysical surveys, Structural mapping, etc.) around Lonshi Mine and in the exploration led to the discovery of Frontier copper deposit, monitoring drilling programs including logging and interpretation of results. Member Co-founder of Orion Geoconsulting & Associates Sarl. Actually a Consultant at Oasis solutions sarl.
Claude KATENDE BADIBANGA

Upon completion of his studies at the University of Lubumbashi in the D.R. of Congo, Mr. Claude Katende worked as an adjunct lecturer in charge of Structural geology program. Thereafter, he moved into the mining industry doing exploration and mining through different mining companies, cooperatives and independent consultancy. He is a professional geologist with more than 19 years of experience. His professional path shows a broad range multi-sector experience. He is proud for being part of the team which discovered the Sase and Pumpi copper-cobalt deposit across the Congolese Copperbelt. He is a target generation passionate. He worked as production geologist at Societe d’Exploitation de Kipoi (SEK), a subsidiary of Tiger resources where he was involved in ore reconciliation and resource estimates.
Dieudonne NGOYI KABUNDI

Dieudonne Ngoyi has a bachelor degree in Geology and he is very an enthusiastic Exploration geologist. During his career he was exposed to various exploration techniques and mining operations, from preliminary phases of exploration to pre-feasibility and feasibility studies then mining. He was involved in various exploration and mining projects (e.g. Pumpe & Kawimba under COMIDECO, Matembwe under Vaz Management, Kansuki & Kanse projects under Etoile D’Orient Sarl, etc) within the D.R. of Congo Copper Belt. During his time at COMBEAK he carried out different works and was in charge of geological mapping, pitting and trenching (including sampling), geochemical surveys, logging of drill cores and reporting.
Thierry BUKASA MENA MWANZA

Holds a degree in Applied Geology from the University of Lubumbashi. Previously, Thierry worked for different companies: Compagnie Miniere de Sakania (CoMiSa sprl, a subsidiary of First Quantum Minerals) and was part of the team which discovered Frontier deposit – South-East of the DRC, Geo Quest as a full-time consultant, Valko Mining Investment and AMIR in the Maniema province of the DRC. From junior up to senior positions through years, Mr. Thierry built his experience by working hard and commitment. Beside his exploration knowledge, he developed his skills into projects logistics, camp management, stakeholder engagement, HSEC and compliance.
